Tip: Call to order ahead if you don't want to wait at least 20 min for your order. Cash only! Stopped by after seeing all the great reviews for this place, and so glad I did! It's a very small store with no seating, so it's more of a to go place. I wanted no cilantro for my rice rolls, and it was easy to communicate my order to the auntie who took my order. I got #1 signature, #2 shrimp party, and a cup of soy milk. The noodles are made fresh, and it seems that they have plenty of regulars, so it does take awhile but the workers are very transparent about the wait time. The noodles are thin, silky, and comes with a good amount of ingredients. Definitely one of the best rice rolls I've had. It can seem pricey to some, but one order is filling enough for a small meal. The soy milk isn't sweet at all, which I enjoyed, but if you prefer soy milk on the sweeter side like Vitasoy, then this probably won't be sweet enough for you. The sauce that came with the rice rolls were a sweet soy sauce. I tried this place on the last day of my trip, and wish I found this place earlier so I could had ate here more than once!

BS +++ A nice small store.  The morning's are the best time to visit.  Very busy but food is beyond amazing and fresh.  We got the congee with century egg and rice rolls.  Parking is difficult but worth it.  There is a vegan option: scallion, cilantro rice, sesame psste, and homemade soy milk Highly recommended! Visit and tell them Mick (ig: The_freakin_vegan) sent you! You will not be disappointed  Trust me - I'm a vegan Boomsauce Scale: BW - basura (trash) BS - basic (come on! Try harder) BS + - better (Yo! That's better) BS ++ - best (alright! Alright! Alrightttt!) BS +++ - Amazing location! now that's boomsauce!

Still my #1 spot for cherng fun. Unfortunately I always have to eat on the sidewalk as there's no place to sit and enjoy, but that just proves exactly how good they are. I'll stand there, holding a burning hot tray in one hand and scarf these down bc it's just so worth it. Pro tip is to call ahead to order. We did this on Saturday at prime lunchtime and were quoted 40 min (!!) We timed it out perfectly so there was almost no wait once we arrived to pick up even though they were very clearly swamped.

I would not have known to come here if it weren't my friend for showing me this place. This place blends in well and you don't notice it at first. Apparently it is very popular that you should call in to put in your order. We luckily came in just before they closed and ordered a pork cilantro rice noodle with . Lot of ingredients in there and the rice noodle itself is chewy and light with the right amount of bounce. So satisfying to eat fresh. I think i'm going to come here for my rice noodles from now on... Cash only.

Yi Ji Shi Mo in Chinatown is a hidden gem for rice roll lovers. Their version stands out with incredibly thin, delicate noodle layers that come out piping hot and fresh. We prefer it to Joe's. The 15-minute wait is worth it since everything's made to order. The place is tiny with just standing room inside and a few stools outside, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. Sadly, they're temporarily closed (on vacation until September, I think), but when they reopen, it's definitely worth a visit. We were lucky to catch them just before the break. If you're a rice roll fan, this place is a must-try when it's back.

I finally got to try this place on the weekend & it was the best rice noodles I've had so far! Cash only. Limited stool seating in front and standing inside. Recommended to call ahead for pick up - my Togo was ready in 20 minutes and rice noodles were hot & fresh upon pickup. I got the $8 signature (pork, shrimp, cilantro, egg) and $7.50 shrimp party (shrimp, dried shrimp, cilantro, egg). Noodles were tasty, thick, and chewy. The cilantro and egg were a nice touch. Will come back!

Been on a cheung fun kick lately and heard amazing things about this place! It's a super small hole in the wall shop along Elizabeth Street. There is limited to almost no seating, but you can always sit outside to enjoy these delicate rice roll noodles. There was a bit of queue when I got there on a Sunday afternoon, but the wait was no more than 10 minutes for me. For most of the rice rolls, they're priced around 3$ for a small and 4$ for a large. It's an additional 75 cents per topping like egg, cilantro, dried shrimp and corn. These rice roll noodles are the silkiest and thinnest I've ever tasted. They gave a hefty amount of protein; I got both beef and pork and paid extra for corn, cilantro and egg. They provide you with sweet soy sauce packets to drench your rice rolls in it. I inhaled these rolls so fast, but I'll never be tired of it. If there's any cheung fun spot you need to try, it's this spot!

We came here early in the morning for some rice noodle rolls. Since we were eating at many other spots, we just got one order of Pork Rice Rolls ($4.75). It did take 15 minutes to be ready, which was pretty long. Once we got the order, it didn't look that appealing at first. Luckily, it tastes yummy though! Be sure to add soy sauce for flavor. The rice noodle rolls are thin and silky just the way they should be.

I tried #2: shrimp party rice roll( shrimp, fried shrimp, cilantro and egg). It's light and comes with a sweeter sauce. The wait time is a bit long but the roll is good.
